These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform, applications, and related services.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• You must not share login credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

You retain ownership of content that you upload to the platform.

By posting content, you grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in order to operate and improve the service.

Content will be publicly available for a duration of two (2) weeks post-publication. Upon expiration of this term, the content will be removed from public view; however, you acknowledge that the permanent erasure of said content from our servers and backup systems is not instantaneous and may occur over a reasonable period thereafter.

• No impersonation or identity fraud
• No automated scraping of platform data
• No malicious software distribution

The service may include sponsored content, advertisements, and promotional materials.

By using the platform you agree that advertisements may be displayed alongside your content and that engagement actions such as likes may be associated with sponsored content.

The service is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we discover that an account belongs to a child below the minimum age, the account may be removed.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence. By using the service you consent to such transfers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or community guidelines.

1. Open the app and click accounts tab, .
2. Scroll down to find "delete account"
3. Confirm identity verification

CONDITIONS

1. You must sign in first, to ensure the account is yours.
2. Logging back in within 48 hours or 2 days will terminate account deleting process. Your data will be deleted after atleast 48 hours.
3. If user is in disputes with the company, the user's data shall be retained until the issues have been settled.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
